*“SELL YOUR HOME FOR FREE” and/or “SELL FOR FREE” and/or “I’ll sell your house for free when you buy your home with me”:

With the sell for free offer program, we will waive our listing agent portion of the listing fees when you also use our services to act as your Buyer’s Agent on your purchase of a home.  Does not include co-operating Brokerage commission and/or HST. To qualify for this offer, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must purchase a home using our services as Buyer’s Agent no more than  75km in distance from & no more than 3 months from the date of your home sold under the program.
   
   
2. You must be using our services as Buyer’s Agent when purchasing a home of not less than Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) under the sale price of the home sold under the program.
   
   
3. The Buyer’s Agent commission offered on the home purchased using our services as Buyer’s Agent must be no less than 2% +HST
   
   A fully refundable 1% +HST listing fee will be held in Trust by the Listing Brokerage, if a home has not been purchased using our services as Buyer’s Agent prior to the closing date of the home sold under the program.
   
   If a qualifying home has been purchased using our services as Buyer’s Agent prior to the closing date of the home sold under the program, no such fee shall be collected.
   
   Failure to fulfill subsection “1” shall void the offer, and result in forfeiter of the listing fee, for listing services rendered.
   
   Failure to fulfill subsection(s) “2” and/or “3” of the offer, shall result in a prorated amount (not to exceed the 1% + HST listing fee) being forfeited to fulfill such subsection(s).

Offer valid on residential sales/purchases in the Extended Greater Toronto/York Region/Simcoe Areas. Offers must be included in writing in your Listing Agreement to be considered valid.
